What To Expect wHen You Schedule an Appointment
First Contact
1) When you send an email, call, or leave a message (voicemail or text), you will receive a response within 24 business hours (Mon-Fri 9-5).
2) A 15-minute conversation can help us determine how to best support your needs.
3) Once you schedule a test or consult, you will be sent a calendar invite and emailed forms and request for documents. A $50 deposit is collected to hold testing appointments.
4) All requested forms and records are needed prior to an evaluation or coaching session. We can't provide an individualized plan without individualized information!

MindSync Methods has a small office in a large building. When you arrive to the address, our suite is located in the entrance to the left of the main entrance. The door is labeled 900. You will walk into the lobby where we will meet you. If no one is present, ring the bell at the front desk.

Testing and coaching are done in our small private office. Testing is usually done best independently; however, we do ask that parents remain on the property. There is a lobby, courtyard, Wi-Fi, and restrooms available onsite.
