Now registering for Dyslexia Structured Literacy Summer Camps!
A structured, evidence-based summer reading camp designed specifically for students with dyslexia-- led by a certified educational diagnostician and experienced reading interventionist.
Kingwood, Texas | Grades 1-6 | Small Groups- 4 or less | Summer 2026
Research consistently shows that students with reading difficulties can lose two to three months of reading progress over summer. For children with dyslexia, that regression can be even more pronounced- and even harder to recover from once school resumes. This camp was built to change that.
Your child receives focused, individualized attention- not a one-size-fits-all experience. Students are grouped by age and skill mastery. Every student is seen, heard, and supported.
Instruction follows the science of reading and structured literacy principles- the same approaches proven most effective for students with dyslexia.
Every enrollment includes intake assessment, placement summary, and end-of-camp progress summary- so you can see growth, not just hope for it.
Led by Laura Soileau, a certified educational diagnostician with deep experience in teaching reading intervention, and special education- not a general tutor, but a specialist who understands the neuroscience of reading and learning differences.
Every enrollment comes with a comprehensive set of supports designed to ensure your child starts in the right place, gets targeted instruction, and leaves with documented growth:
A pre-camp evaluation to understand your child's current reading skills, strengths, and areas of need.
A written summary explaining which group your child has been placed in and why, so you undestand the plan from day one.
A detailed report documenting the skills addressed, progress made, and recommendations for continued support.
A one-on-one conversation with Laura to review your child's progress, ask questions, and discuss next steps for the school year.
