Laura Soileau, M.S. Educational Diagnostician

As founder and president of MindSync Methods, Laura brings over 19 years of experience in both public and private education settings. Her diverse background includes roles as a classroom teacher, special education teacher, instructional coach, and educational diagnostician, as well as experience in response to intervention (RTI) and ESL teaching. Laura has also served on the board at the ARC of Greater Beaumont and currently volunteers as a coach with the local Special Olympics team. With a personal connection as a mother of a child with an intellectual disability, Laura is dedicated to providing professional development and special education services to support children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
